Title: ‘Canary’

Artist: Alice Patrice

Artist’s Comment:
Canary represents my attempt to continually challenge myself by painting more complex subjects
which have a variety of texture and detail. I still have a lot to learn, but this painting was
a turning point for me. To create this painting I used Adobe Photoshop CS5 with a Wacom Intuos4 tablet.
I lost track of time exactly, but I’m guessing it took about 35+ hours to complete.
